	We can advise you on flight planning, getting the necessary overflight and landing permissions or are even able to run the complete Flight Department for you. The owner can take advantage of as many or as few GEA services as dictated by his needs. Obviously, each individual service can and will be tailored to suit.
	Crew Management
	GEA can handle selecting, hiring,training and supervising flight crews,tailoring crew backgrounds to the requirements of the operation.
	Increased Utility
	At the owner's option, the airplane can be used by one of GEA’s customers when it is not needed by the owner. The flight hours and income generated by charter flights can have a positive impact upon fixed costs of ownership.
	Support Services
	GEA can help its customers in finding suitable terminal usage, handling of the aircraft, offices, parking, storage facilities, maintenance, cleanup and other facilities required to support flight operations in a first-class manner.
